From the perspective of the importance of electricity, power supply is an indispensable part of the communication network. The quality of its power supply is directly related to the smooth flow of the entire telecommunications network. It is the power source of the entire telecommunications network, and some people visually compare the power to the "heart" of the communication network.The basic requirements of the communication network for power are: reliable, stable, high efficiency, and small in size.

     Second, customer load characteristics description

     In view of the vast majority of IT equipment in communication network rooms, such as servers, routers, switches, optical transceivers, gateways, disk array machines, and communication devices, the instantaneous power interruption time allowed is only about 0.01-0.02 seconds. This means: For critical communication load systems, if there is a 00 second or more "instantaneous power interruption" failure during operation, a "network failure" will occur. Once the network is down, it takes tens of minutes -- a few hours -- to get the entire network back to normal. Obviously, this will bring huge economic losses to users.
